The Driving Community Home Summit is designed specifically for community and municipal leaders, service and health providers, advocates and researchers who are engaged (or plan to be) in the “aging in community” movement in Northern New England.  The Summit will give you tools, ideas and models you can bring back to implement in your community.  It will address important topics like housing and transportation across the region and will offer many opportunities for cross-community conversation, learning and networking.

The voices of elders of color from New Hampshire will be highlighted by Dr. Anna Adachi- Mejia, HPRCD Director, who has received Endowment for Health funding to undertake a photovoice project: Aging in New Hampshire: Using photovoice to engage the perspectives of communities of color and of language minorities.
